First time I’ve used Fowlers but well impressed with their service . They had the specialist Kawasaki tool I was needing and it was delivered very quickly. Post and packaging rates are sensible compared some of their competitors 10/10

I never post reviews but am compelled to do so for Fowlers. Great great support from Nick Few and also the export orders team. Incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and so accommodating. No way I can get this support on parts for my 2012 Triumph in Singapore. Truly grateful for the Fowlers team and big shout out to Nick and Sam. Best wishes from Singapore.

Parts dept ordering has improved immensely since the 90’s. Very user friendly but still room for improvement when it comes to back order updates from manufacturers.Had a bad experience with servicing and never used them again for that so can’t comment on what it’s like these days.

I am an international customer, and I always find Fowlers to be the cheapest and quickest online parts seller. Apart form this, the best aspect of Fowlers, according to me, is their transparent and honest conduct. They are very fair and straight in communication, and any query you posts is responded to by an actual person and not automated chatbots. Keep up the good work.

Excellent service. They answer emails quickly and genuinely seem to care about satisfying the customer. Parts are dispatched promptly and packaged well. I'm in Australia but Fowlers UK are now my preferred supplier for OE parts. They're quite unlike any other online retailer I've tried.
