My bike passed its MOT here a year ago now, with a couple of minors.However, when I took it back a few days ago, it failed and they quoted me £350 odd, with a wait time to get it into the shop of 2 weeks!I took it to another bike shop in the area, Pete Robson Motorcycles, who fixed the problem and passed it within 2 hours and charged me a fraction of the above quote.I can understand if the garage is extremely busy, but the 2-week wait to even have it properly looked at is a bit ridiculous.If you are a fan of Fowler's, you probably wouldn't have a problem with these guys. But a bit more sincerity when it comes to assessing repairs wouldn't go amiss, in my view.

Had my first service done on my medley 125... work was done promptly and price was very reasonable. Staff very attentive and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be back many thanks.

Recently had service here. Amazing service. From start to finish. And today called to see if they had a suspension spanner for my Vespa. Didn’t hesitate , said to pop round. Gave me one they had there. Wouldn’t even take money. Just amazing helpful people. Be back soon for my new exhaust.

I had the 600 mile service for my MP3 done here recently.The staff were friendly and helpful and were happy to answer my questions.The showroom/ shop is very clean and tidy - I like to think that this will be reflected in the workshop.The price was better than Fowlers.I'm m very happy with the service I recieved

Demo of a Moto Guzzi v100 Mandello;very welcoming and chilled experience no pressure. Took the bike out after checks and ID verification. I recently visited this garage to have work done on my motorcycle as well as an MOT. The mechanic is a youngish bloke who really took the time to assist me in the best way he could. I needed a new fork and it appeared that Kawasaki had stopped making this particular part. The mechanic made lots of enquiries to try and get me the part and managed to source a new Kawasaki fork from the Netherlands. The part was ordered and delivered in good time and he fitted to my bike. Great job, great prices, and great knowledge and customer service. Thanks very much!!
