Moving Mountains

Quite simply superb. We used Moving Mountains to move flats in North London. Everything worked great. Tom was on time, with the right-sized van and got stuck in straight away. They were very efficient moving everything and went above and beyond the brief when it became necessary to get the sofa in through our second floor balcony as it would not fit in the door. A tricky job, but they handled it without a fuss (dare I say they actually enjoyed the challenge!). I used Tom because I was recommended him by someone. Having done so I would highly recommend the team to anyone else!

Tom and his guys were incredibly professional and friendly during our house move. Moving Mountains provided a full packing service + removal for us. From the initial phone call to the final moving day they were punctual and incredibly friendly. The packing and moving was done thoroughly, carefully and efficiently, and even when Hackney Council messed up our parking suspension they remained calm and helpful. They gave us a very reasonable initial quote which ended up matching the invoice perfectly. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Tom and his team helped us have a smooth move from London to Sheffield at a reasonable price. Communication was excellent from first contact and they were punctual for the original meeting to discuss a quote and also on the day of moving. They took time to pack carefully and at the destination took everything to the room it needed to go to. They went above and beyond expectations by willingly helping to move two large wardrobes upstairs that had not formed part of the move and so were not really their responsibility. They were friendly and helpful throughout and we definitely recommend them.

We used Moving Mountains for our recent office / flat move, and they were excellent. The only company we contacted who had a solution for getting a massive table down from a 5th floor flat, they were methodical, smart, friendly and incredibly professional. Zane, James and Elvis all superstars!Zane made the whole process of arranging and confirming the date really easy. Really responsive and very fair in price.James and Elvis arrived early and loaded the van with ease and zero stress.They were extremely patient while I waited for the completion to take place and collect the keys, and then unloaded the van really quickly once we were in. They unloaded all the boxes into the required rooms, checking with me as they went to make sure I was happy with where everything was going.I can't recommend Moving Mountains enough. Made the whole day completely stress free.

What do you want from a removals firm? For me, they should be punctual, quick, efficient, careful and do as they said they would. If they're friendly as well, that's a bonus.Moving Mountains were all of this and so much more. Incredibly quick and careful, really friendly and so helpful. Truly above and beyond what could have been expected of them. Even the admin side of the booking was ruthlessly efficient5 stars doesn't really cut it for the service they provided and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Moving mountains helped with our move from London to France. They were very helpful in the early stages of estimating volume and giving all the relevant information. Packing material was delivered promptly and was very sturdy.They were on time and smiling on the day of the move. The lorry was packed speedily and carefully. All furniture was well protected. We then met them at our new property in France as agreed. They arrived on time (before us!) and the lorry was unpacked in a flash!!! Despite the oppressive heat!!!Nothing was broken or damaged in any way.Overall, a very friendly and professional service, done with a smile despite the heat wave. We also appreciate the fact that the company gives to charity (TEARfund). We would highly recommend Moving Mountains!

I am so happy with them!!! I was so worried about the move and instantly they put my mind at ease! Communication with Zane was so pleasant she answered all my questions and was very thorough! The removal men were on top of the packing and were very honest & professional even when they found a lost piece of jewellery they made sure I knew and was safe! They could not have made my move less stressful! I will most definitely go with them again the next time!
