Brilliant modern gallery. If you are in town it is well worth a visit. I don't pretend to understand it all but it never fails to capture the imagination and spark conversations. Exhibitions change all the time. The shop has some gorgeous things you can't get anywhere else in Bournemouth. Love it there. Free admission. Good transport links.

What a gem! A colourful accessible art space to attract the attention deficit generation, but with so much more too for those willing to take a bit longer. Well done! Will return for the next exhibition and tell everyone that may be interested (and probably a few that probably won't).

Can't complain as it's free! The reading area is a great touch, £2 for a coffee last time I was there. A real asset to Bournemouth.

If you like modern art you come come this galeria. The entrance is free it is inside the Bobby's center. Have a Griffin shop too

Awful experience! at the open call.I had previously asked the gallery if there was a size restriction on art pieces, they said no.Waited well over an hour at the open call, almost at the front of the que, told by the gallery staff my piece wouldn't be considered to even be seen by the judges, because it was too big, in front of everyone! it was humiliating and a complete waste of my time. So rude, would never go back. Never been treated like that in art world. They could have told me that from the start and I wouldn't have wasted my day for absolutely nothing.

It might be very good, but it's completely disabled-unfriendly. Unless you're prepared to walk up four flights of stairs, or go round the back (steep uphill long walk), having already phoned for assistance (because the sign at the front isn't clear that there isn't an accessible step free access, and someone needs to unlock a few gates for you), you ain't going to get in.So I guess I'll have to wait. I hope it survives, catering for a select demographic.

Open call for work, bring your work along on 21st November from 12 to 6 pm.arrived at 5:15 to find artists being turned away with no opportunity to show their work, that is not an open call, neither is it inclusive.

Giant Gallery have hosted an array of interesting exhibitions since I started living in Bournemouth as a student recently. Being a photography student I always find it informative stepping into the gallery as it gives me a chance to view contemporary work from a selection of mediums of a professional level. I personally enjoy Giant Gallery a lot and hope they continue to exhibit long into the future!

Lots of different art - thought provoking, startling, beautiful. It was great to browse through the books and magazines too. I really enjoyed my visit and look forward to many more visits in future. It’s fantastic to have this gallery in Bournemouth.
