JCT600 Peugeot

Just got a new 508 (from another dealer), great car, unfortunately someone decided to break a rear light cluster. Called into JCT600 parts department in Hull last Saturday morning. Spent 5 minutes ringing bells and shouting but no answer, walked round to the show room to reception and told the lady I couldn't get any service in parts and all I was told was that he should be there" went back and spent another 5 minutes ringing bells until some one appeared. Not a good start for my first visit to my local Peugeot dealer.Having ordered the part and paid for it I was expecting a call on Wednesday

Absolutely great to start with Nicola in used car sales was fantastic answered all my initial questions regarding the car I had purchased on 17/01/2015. 2 months later I have a fiat 500 that's in need of a new GEARBOX CLUTCH And ENGINE COOLING FAN the bill is going to be in excess of £2900 this has been confirmed in writing by fiat and the branch manager MARTIN? of JCT600 Peugeot Hull replied to my concerns with the statement FIAT ARE JUST TRYING TO MAKE MONEY" even though I noticed a fault with the gear change which is why it was put into a fiat dealership ! Adding "THIS IS WHY YOU HAVE A WARRANTY" In my opinion this is an unacceptable attitude and not how you should treat customers that were willing to travel 200 miles for your REPUTATION. The fiat has done less then 1000 miles since the date of purchase and the garage have offered no solution and are not in any way interested in trying to resolve this issue................Hopefully they will see the error in there ways and try to rectify there poor after care."

after using this garage for many many years i can say now i will never use it again!!! the sales manager changes things to suit himself and wouldnt reccomend them to anyone
