Saw a butterfly brooch in the window but couldn't get back to Lancaster for a couple of weeks. I text and asked if they would save it for me. They did, I got it today and couldn't be more delighted. Thank you

I would give no stars if it was possible. My partner visited this shop yesterday to look for Christmas presents. He was asking about the long case clocks and was asked to leave. The only reason we can think of why this happened is because my partner has a strong Liverpool accent and is dark skinned. If this was the case, as we believe it to be it is direct discrimination and we will be proceeding with civil action against this dreadful treatment and damaging experience to my partner.

Steve has a wonderful collection of lamps and collectable items, well worth visiting Thursday through Saturday.
