Please don’t go here if you want a nose piercing, they use guns instead of needles which isn’t good and causes a lot of issues, months later I am still having problems.

I initially came in to enquire about a piercing, however it was Gabbys attention right from when I entered the store to when I left that made me circle back and get it done. She made the whole process so easy, was a great personality to experience and assured me the pain was zero to none. Gabbys personality and general care is why I will return to Lovisa.

If I could give no stars or minus I would . Went to the store on 11/11/23 and only one person to serve waited over 15mins to be served but the lady was busy doing ear piercing and their was a queue forming behind and in the end we left with nothing as what we wanted to buy we left due to no one serving us very disappointing please avoid .....

Vast selection of costume jewellery, a smaller selection of sterling silver for an okay price. Staff however couldn’t be less bothered about providing information and actually getting served takes ages.

Myself and my bestie had the most wonderful experience here! I got a double helix and she got her thirds done, the three girls there were approachable, funny and put us completely at ease before the piercing. Would definitely recommend (don’t usually write reviews for anywhere that these girls went above and beyond!)

Absolutely could not fault the service here! Came here last minute to get a piercing after planning on going somewhere else but was so impressed with the 5 for £12 deal that then looked into the pricing of the piercing. The girls working were incredibly helpful even though it was super busy and the process felt safe and clean when I had the piercing done. Completely pain free too which I was shocked about. Absolutely brilliant!

Nice choice of fashion jewellery. My daughter had had a few piercings here and the staff have always done a great job, are very informative and they are cheaper than other places we've visited.

I've always come to Lovisa when ever I'm going to a Christmas party or a big event. Their Jewellery is cheap for one use. they have a huge variety to carter any outfit you are wearing or any piercing you have.one member notice me looking at the cheap ear rings and advised me they sale real sliver and gold for long wear then these. I really appeached that but i was only after something to go with my outfit for the Royal variety show. I found what i was after and i just enjoy going into the shop just to get ideas or see what is trending.

I have many piercings however, this is by far the worst pain, the woman that did it was lovely however and helpful they are in line however….They have pierced it with way too small of a bar now I can’t fit any “normal” size earrings in it. I’ve had to try and stretch them it’s been the worst pain of a piercing I have had and now I’m stuck with one that I’ve managed to stretch and the other that I’ve had to leave the normal earring in because it was simply way to painful and I’m now having to go else where to get them fixed!!

please do not pierce here It got infected both times around they aren't trained properly, and I have contacted customer care
