Amorino Gelato - London Long Acre

Worst service ever. We came here expecting to eat delicious ice cream but instead we got serve with the worst attitude ever by the employees here. I put in the wrong order and asked for a refund but instead they ignored me. I then asked again but got no response back. I had to ask 3 times to get them refunded my money back. In the end, when I asked them if it’s all done, they again, IGNORED ME. I was left speechless. I had nothing to say but wth? How is this even acceptable? Do not come here. Worst service ever.

The chocolate and strawberry vegan sorbet was delicious. The rose shape was adorable. I wish they had vegan macrons but I was delighted with the variety of vegan sorbet flavors.

Good gelato in convent garden. There is a queue waiting inside the shop. The short wait is worth it. There are enough choices of sorbet and ice cream but not a wide range of choices. It's fine as one should be able to find what he or she wants. Ice cream is smooth and flavour is nice eg pistachio, coffee, chocolate.

Orders/payments can be made at the cashier or on the touch screen with cashless payments so less hassle then they call you by name for you to make your selection.Taste wise is amazing with the right balance of sweetness. There are lots of flavours and sizes available in cones and/or cups. Some seating outside is available. Simply a good quality gelato. We tried lemon, mango, and berries with Pistachio macaron.However, I must admit that they are quite disorganized and I think this is something that can be looked into and improved across all the branches for smoother operation.

One of the best gelato we have ever had. ❤️ We'll visit again to try other flavours. We have tried the Strawberry flavour.The normal cone gelato was around 5.90£.It is in walkable distance from Covent Garden Tube Station.

Came here for dessert on the 19th August - Got a gelato flower cone with stracciatella, l'inimitabile, vanilla & chocolate with choc cone & gelato macarons (pistachio, caramel, chocolate & vanilla). the gelato is delicious; thick, creamy and soft. The macarons were also delicious and the macaron shells were soft and crumbly with rich flavours. The wait wasn't long - a bit pricey, but definitely worth it for the taste. Amazing! Thank you.

Came in on Sat night because I was craving Straciatella gelato and this location was on the way to our destination. The shop was busy with 3 staff or so. I took a look at the selection and found a good variety of flavors and they do look good. I ordered from the kiosk as the sign said and get the small one with 4 flavors. Let me say right away that the 3-star is because of the STAFF, not the flavors. The quality and flavors of the gelato was good and up to my expectations.Anyhow the reason for the low rating is because the staff that was preparing my cone was basically having a joke and conversation with another staff where he was extremely taking this sweet time (no pun intended) and took a very long time between each scoop while laughing loudly and holding my cone right up to his face so God knows how much of his saliva got in my ice cream. And that happened for a while as I watched in horror right in front of home. This is the grossest service I've seen in a gelato shop and I couldn't enjoy or ate my gelato and it was wasted. This happened on Sat evening of August 19th around close to 9pm. Please re-train your staff to have a higher hygiene standard and like, do their job with professionalism!
