Rang this firm 4 times for representation on a property purchase. Was told each time my file would be marked as urgent and due for a call back but never got any contact.No one seems to know who they can conveyance on behalf of which is also very concerning.Very disappointed and a waste of time.

Difficult to get anyone to get back to me. Called several times. Spoke to someone but the correct person didn't call back. I think noone could quite work out who I needed to talk to.

Unfortunately, after three times of being told that someone would call/email me back I had to go elsewhere. I have no problem with people being too busy (if that was the case) but have courtesy to let customers know so they can go elsewhere.
