One of the tiniest Boots I’ve been in, but always have what I need. Always friendly and do their jobs, if only you could replace the one in Haverstock Hill that would be much better!

fantastic service and such helpful staff. The pharmacy team go the extra mile all the time. I wish they could have a bigger shop as its alwayf so busy and v v cramped.We all rely on the them so much.

I went to loads of boots stores and always find staff helpful and friendly; unfortunately can not say the same from one staff at Hampstead store. She was Rude, unfriendly and not welcoming at all. I should take her name but was in shock with lack of professionalism. You should review your costumer service or not be in at all.

Awesome customer service. Manager is great and kind. Well located. Highly recommend this beach because of the staff. Very helpful during covid.

I arrived about 6:27 to quickly pick up a prescription. I noticed that the shop closes at 6:30 so I made it just in time, however when I got to the door I noticed it was locked and I could not get in and there were workers inside which didn't pay any attention to me.If a business advertises that they close at a certain time then it's not too unreasonable for me to expect the doors to be open until the time that is shown.

Nice compact shop, has everything you need with staff who often know their regular customers by name.Thank you for the amazing compassion shown in my time of need.

The worst pharmacist I've ever dealt with, and that's coming from myself (an actual pharmacist).She's the usual pharmacist there and have introduced herself to me as so. She's asked me how to mix my infant's prescription solution medication at the counter when I told her the instructions are on the box/bottle (very obvious) and I had been doing this at home for months. But she stated that despite dispensing it from her pharmacy, she never actually mixed it herself and had never seen this medication before.She's also failed to obtain my infant's prescription formula at least 3-4 times right before long weekends, telling me for a week that the order just had not come in (when it was actually out of stock). She had my husband go to Swiss Cottage Boots and said stock was there when she didn't call to check. Turns out the stock online was wrong.. so Swiss Cottage pharmacist helped us find another Boots that had it by calling. she doesn't care for her patients lives especially paediatrics. How are you a pharmacist?The dispensers are pretty awful too.

i went with my friend and i was looking to buy something and the two employees there asked me if i was ok? i thought it was a little strange but i didn’t think much of it later when i was at the till the employee was quite rude when i left the store my friend had later told me that they where saying to keep an eye on me and said that i was stealing even though it was some lady who made the door beep i was very upset at this

Lost my phone in the shop. They keep my phone for me. Honest staff and friendly too

You tiny local Boots branch, with all you may need. I would recommend hair-care products. Kind staff providing support for every necessity.
