I ordered some soft white venetians online and when they turned up they were a peachy colour. I was told there is nothing they can do and that it is because of my screen resolution (never had this happen to me before) that the blind was shown in a different colour. There was no help or solution provided and also the quality of the blind was very poor.

The level of service for Poles Direct is unbelievably bad. I put an order for 3 curtain poles I needed in a hurry on March 1st. Delivery was promised within 1-2 working days. I finally received 2 of the poles on 13th March. I have still not received the third pole. I have telephoned the customer service team over eight times. They were polite but unable to enlighten me as to why there has been this unacceptable delay. I asked to speak to the Poles Manager William Mitchell but he 'hasn't had time' to call me. It took a review on Trust Pilot this afternoon to prompt a call finally from the customer liaison manager Jenny O'Brien apologising and saying she will look into the matter. At last somebody who seems capable - if only I had known of her existence earlier. I am also writing to the Managing Director of the company, Darren Green. Companies like this need to learn about communication skills and inter-departmental liaison at the very least.

This is my first venetian blind and I can only say I am very impressed with the service, the quality and the overall look achieved. I went for the recessed type and it fits amazingly well. very easy to install and I am extremey happy that I made this choice.I can definitely recommend this company and I will be buying more in time without a doubt.Big Thanks

avoid at all costs. Ordered blinds fast track (2-3 days) not8hing arrived after 7 days and was not informed about this. Once emailed them I was told this order would be 15 days. Would not le me cancel order once I ordered with someone else. Shocking
