Had a van on finance from this garage and from day one I had nothing but issues with this vehicle, the warranty that was bought with the van wouldn’t cover any of the issues that went wrong with it, fair play to the garage as they did repair the vehicle twice, first was the DPF filter and the Nox sensor, which they repaired but when I got the van back a knocking noise was coming from the front end while I was driving, also a black box from the rear came off while I was driving so I had to cable tie that back on, the next thing to go was the starter motor which again the garage kindly repaired and told me I had to change the drop link, this was causing the knocking, I did change the drop link but the knocking was still happening, the last thing to go wrong is the timing belt has gone, I got back in touch with the garage as all this was in the first 6 months of me having the van but I had no reply from them, Leon had blocked the my phone number so I phoned him from a different number which he answered, I made a few phone calls back and for to Leon as he said he would have the van fixed but had since made no more effort to help me with my situation, I have been without a van now for 9 weeks and had to go though the financial ombudsman service to get my finance unwound, please avoid this dealer, all the other reviews on this business seeem to say similar things about this dealer

I was sold a Ford Focus by Leon, A great car at a great price.He was very friendly and polite and the sale went through smoothly. Bought my Audi A1 from here and for a used car, I'm really impressed. My dog loves the car so much he never wants to get out! Brandon was really thorough answering my questions, gave me a good price, a fantastic warranty and delivered the car himself to me in Cornwall. Actually would give no stars.Was sold a car in a dangerous condition that even made me ill. have had it fixed at different garage at my own expense. Still waiting for reimbursement for this as under warranty.

I would NOT recommend.I have been sold a faulty car.I bought a car in jan 2023.It has a faulty engine.RSA advertised however never given.Chipped windshield and never got it fixed.Dealer not taking calls now.
