Very bad experience used them for years on all my BMW they made me buy electric water pump changed my thermostat without asking me all not needed paid them 200 car broke down next day i had worse problems had to pay for recovery then send to a BMW specialist to be fixed

Never going here again, if you’re a female I would avoid, they tried to make out as if I had no idea what I was asking them about, asking “are you sure?” when I explained my problem, smiling as if they were trying not to laugh as they “didn’t understand” what I was telling them and asking them to help with. Wasted an hour of my time. Awfully rude company, disgusting “service”. AVOID.

Charge £100 for full service" only change oil and air filter. Doesn't change the oil filter and cabin filter. They just don't care about you."

Had my MOT booked in here whilst visiting the city centre as it was not too far out. The service was excellent with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely go here again.

I come here for all my car needs. I have just managed to change an LED light bulb on my Nissan Qashqai. Previous owner had customised the light bulbs so had to get it from elsewhere. They changed it for £15. Ability to bank transfer helps a lot!

Word of mouth, he’s the man.M.O.T my car,9.00 appointment, arrived at 9.30, missed my slot, believing they knew I as there, after been told to park over there... waited 50 minutes, before someone realised I was waiting.. just make sure you tell the gaffer when you have arrived. Saves time. Apart from that straight forward MOT
