Lindsay, answered my query by phone, promised to call me back and did, I believe she has gone above and beyond to assist as other branches have not been so helpful and as there was only 1 item in stock she asked for some time to find it, which she did and placed it behind the till for our engineer to collect, Thank you

Dinesh a supposed manager in this store, was disgustingly rude to me using condescendingly Thank you for your custom" language. Over a faulty 2 month old £14 product when he clearly doesn't grasp basics of sales of good act."

I work quite late into the evenings so i sadly could not attend in store until 19:30.Despite this Niamh and Heidi were absolute stars, they helped me acquire all of the materials i needed in order to renovate my flat and even assisted after closing hours.They are a credit to your staff.Thank you massively

Fantastic staff,very helpful patient and smiling face.they find solutions quickly when anything gone wrong or when u need any meterials. Bruvnesh is the best staff ever in Wickes.

The customer service here is shocking. The staff didn't make any effort to help me find an item. They were rude and dismissive. I won't be returning to this store.

Excellent service received at customer service and in store from Bhugnesh, Heidi and the general manager Lindsay. Being in the building trade, it’s always nice to find a building shop run by a female. Store is well stocked, the items are displayed well and all key items are easy to find. Staff are always willing to help and advise. They go the extra mile for a customer. Professional, personable, friendly and capable. Well done. I have no hesitation in recommending this business.

The new manager Danesh has unacceptable behavior doesn't know how to give customers service and shouts like an animal would definitely not ask he's help again
