Emily is super responsive and has the best ideas to add the perfect finishing touches to special occasions.She has set up a 'she said yes' party for my sister and the room looked amazing! She has also provided set ups for my parents 30th wedding anniversary, Mum's 50th birthday and Dad's 60th birthday! I will continue to use Picture Perfect and Emily over and over again! Best customer service and event decor in Coventry!

Emily created the most amazing display for my wedding reception. The colours were just want I wanted and that along with the balloon centre pieces she created made the room look amazing. Was also easy to book and communication was great. Thanks so much :-)

I recently hired Emily to decorate our Medical School Ball and she provided an excellent service throughout. Throughout the planning of the decor she was very responsive and worked with us to try and give us exactly what we wanted - often suggesting other things that would work better for our event. All the decor was set up early on the day, at an agreed time - and was done very promptly. I would definitely recommend her and hope to work with her again in the future!

Emily did some balloons for my husbands 50th birthday in November 2022. So pleased them and the bubble hug lasted for a few months! Highly recommended
