In my opinion this company don’t seem to live up to their name. They don’t take any concerns that are raised on board, they shout at you, put the phone down on you and emails go unanswered.

The staff are rude, will not listen to any complaints. They terminate your calls whilst in mid discussionsThey will not take ownership for their actions. They don't understand safeguarding issues. I would rate zero stars if I could
