Realising I wasnt coping and needed to act, and eventually prompted by a piece on BBC London Tonight, I checked on line for flat de-clutterers in my area, and Georgiana was the closest of 10 within a 5 mile radius.Following a brief exchange of e-mails, Georgiana visited my flat for an assessment/consultation/estimate. We got on fine from the outset, I felt completely at ease, liked the practical approach she was offering, and considered her charges to be fair/reasonable. I immediately booked 3 full days in for the following week.I had certainly under-estimated the size of the task, and just how many possessions Id accumulated. The only way to tackle this was not time-consuming item by item sorting. All my cassettes/videos went, together with lots of old academic courses/out-dated work-related guidance etc, a large number of books/papers, as well as several black sacks of clothes/shoes, and also a range of obsolete/redundant electrical items. Hopefully the British Heart Foundation - who appear to have some sort of partnership with LBN at their public disposal/recycling site ('the Tip'), will find uses for/can sell some of it.It felt fairly brutal on 1 level, but I recognised that realistically, it was the only way this could be approached over 3 days. 7 car loads went to the Tip, and the Council also undertook a bulk collection of 6 large items. Georgiana was brilliant - very easy to work with (we even managed a few laughs!), and clearly at ease with tackling what is a disruptive, tiring, and potentially upsetting/emotional process, but the results have been instantly astounding (see before and after pictures). There is still plenty to do (passage/small dining area), but the living/bedroom/kitchen are largely finished, and the bathroom was already basically ok.Its now day 2 since this was done. It feels very strange, and Im still getting used to how/where things are now stored.....principally clothes and various items in kitchen. There are at least 2 more tip runs needed. But the impact has been totally liberating. Previously, I felt like my life was frozen, being unable to function properly, find anything, or even be aware of what I had. Last night, I enjoyed coming home, sitting in middle of living room, and revisiting my late 1970s college days with vinyl selections by Adverts/Rezillos/Talking Heads/Television - all sounding fantastic.I would urge anybody who finds themselves in a similar situation to act sooner rather than later. Increasing age/deteriorating health simply make it more difficult and less likely to happen.I can thoroughly recommend Georgiana to anyone who has decided that enough is enough, wants to engage a professional who understands what is involved, and who offers an empathetic/supportive/practical/diligent hands-on approach.

Georgiana is incredibly skilled and efficient at helping declutter. Not only did she help us create a space that feels bigger - which is invaluable when we are facing a flat we’ve essentially outgrown with 3 children - but she also really listened and responded to how we wanted our space to make us feel. We have a child who has sensory issues & we needed to create a space he could share with his brother, and the ideas Georgiana gave us were fantastic - from ways we could display an extensive Lego collection as well as places they could create and store in-progress projects, to a little quiet nook for reading and space for being able to do homework in a quiet environment. Georgiana also took on researching various storage, shelving and desk options and even accompanied me to IKEA on a shopping trip - which felt above and beyond. More than anything, I felt that I received a bespoke response to our family which really considered each family member’s individual needs. I highly recommend Georgiana - you’ll be very lucky to have her!

Georgiana sorted an entire garage and cellar of clutter that had built up during a house renovation. She declared it fun - kept her good humour throughout - and sorted every box out with astonishing efficiency. I can not recommend her and her amazing life sorting services more! Book it in!

It was a great pleasure to work with Georgiana on clearing our storage space of the contents of a flat we sold four years ago. She was both friendly and also efficient arranging removal men to bring items we wanted in our present home and also finding a very helpful clearance company for things that had to be disposed of.Georgiana also was also able to direct us to various charity shops and tell us what sort of things they would take. Georgiana was great and I was always amazed by how much we got done each time she came. I had her for a block booking to organise and declutter my house after moving. She was quick, hard working and had good ideas. She really does love her job and we even had fun! I highly recommend her, she is excellent value.

When I realised that I couldn’t get to the UK to help my 102-year old Mum move into assisted living from the flat she’d lived in for over 40 years, I was at a loss as to what to do until we looked online and came across the senior move partnership and, through them, Georgiana and her company LifeSpace. Lucky us! My niece Abigail and I are so pleased that we decided to ask Georgiana to manage Mum’s move. We are all really delighted at the result. It was wonderful to work with Georgiana. She is so professional, understanding, caring and so good at what she does. Communication was always clear and timely. Technology assisted in an easy and helpful way. The WhatsApp group Georgiana set up was a brilliant way for us all to keep up to date, ask questions and share ideas. Georgiana accompanied Mum on visits to several possible flats and it was great for me and my niece to see the photos and video of these flats and to receive Georgiana’s reports and observations. Georgiana is a great trouble-shooter - she could always see a solution to any problem. Her respect and understanding of seniors was invaluable given my mother’s age and her fiercely independent spirit.We cannot recommend Georgiana more strongly.

Georgiana is fantastic- we moved into our new house and needed our play room and children’s clothes de- cluttered and organised. Georgiana was efficient, helpful and kind. I am thrilled with the results. Our playroom is the tidiest and most organised it has ever been and the children absolutely love it. Georgiana took away the clothes and toys we wanted donated and helped dispose of stuff that we no longer needed. She went the extra mile to help, I would 100% recommended her

I needed help with unpacking and organising as I was having trouble finding the time to do it with a clingy toddler in tow. We’re not finished yet but we’ve made excellent progress. I’ve found things and floorspace that I wondered if I’d ever see again. Georgiana at LifeSpace is a gifted organiser and also very friendly and understanding. My toddler likes her too!

Georgiana is a lifesaver! Over the last month, Georgiana has been helping me with an upcoming move (leading to an overseas relocation). I chose Georgiana because I really liked the sound of her organisational philosophy (particularly as it relates to sustainability and minimising landfill) and she really lived up to that promise. Georgiana has helped me right from the beginning with sorting, planning, and structuring the move, all the way through to arranging the end of tenancy clean and going through the inventory process with the landlord. Along the way, Georgiana has helped me send things home to my family, donate items to charity and list certain things for resale via a website. It all felt a little overwhelming at the beginning and I honestly don't think I could have done it without her - she has been the biggest help and I am so glad I made the decision to go with her. Georgiana is also a pleasure to have around so we managed to have some laughs along the way. For anyone contemplating: (a) engaging an organiser to help with a move/decluttering process; and (b) selecting Georgiana as that organiser, I would just say - do yourself the biggest favour you will have done in a long time and go with Georgiana. I could not recommend or rate her more highly. I am the most satisfied customer ever.
