The Visor Shop gave me literally a five-star customer service experience. Through my own incompetence I ordered an incorrectly sized Helix Turtle 2 Airbag Vest. I emailed them to ensure that I was able to get the size I need. I got an immediate response and had a great dialogue with them to ensure I did the return correctly and got a replacement. One person particularly who helped me was called Nicola. I'd highly recommend buying from them, especially when it comes to your safety and the cost of the vest. Well worth it.

Collie was over to us in minutes as I was looking for a new Arai, Ended up loving and buying the 2023 TT edition helmet which he went above and beyond to be perfect for me. Even helped fixing my Girlfriends visor on her Arai we bought in February. Excellent service as usual. Thanks again lads!

Ordered three tyres on a Wednesday afternoon, the price was very competitive, postage was free and communication about my order was excellent.Tyres arrived the following Monday. Very pleased with the service and shall be using them again.Highly recommended.

e mailed the tyre specialist to get new tyres for my gsxr was sent a link to order his recommended tyres for my bike bt46 110/80/18 and 140/70/18 .ordered and arrived quickly,sent to my tyre fitter to fit who informed me after fitting that they were both rear tyres contacted the shop and they eventually got back to me 2 weeks later .i was told i ordered 2 rears and there was nothing they could do and they dont even have and dont supply a bt46 front 110/80/18,even though they recommended it .in short i would not deal with them again ,literally no customer service.

To sum up, I never received my tyre. I understand that things can go wrong, that's life, but the attitude of the company is rotten. Not interested in helping, won't lift a finger until they have got their money back first, all the time the customer is left waiting with a bike that can't be ridden. Not that they care about this one bit, judging by the extremely blunt replies both here and on other websites. If the owner ever reads this, don't be aggressive when things go wrong, use it as an opportunity to put things right.My first and last time using this lot, I would urge anyone reading this to use literally any other company.

I bought some new RST hillberry gloves on Friday of last week from their shop at the TT grandstand. Within 3 days the stitching had gone on the velcro. The sales assistant said you must have given it a good yank" inferring that I had damaged the gloves. Two things to me the gloves are poor quality and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They did offer refund or replacement

Bought a jacket online was the wrong size completely my own fault brought it up to the shop , the service I received was absolutely brilliant went through nearly every jacket in the shop and found the right one ,I even ended up leaving with a new helmet and I got a cup of coffee you can’t beat that for service , fantastic place to deal with , will be back for sure

Took a spin up from Galway and well worth it for a full kit out. Whopper selection of everything you could want and more. Richard gave me a hand with sizes and reccomendations and was an absolute gent to deal with.
