Absolutely delighted with everything and would highly recommend Hugh Strain of Ayr. Work was completed within the agreed timescale. All staff I had contact with were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, trustworthy and courteous. Not only did the highly skilled plumber install a new shower, he suggested a much superior way to replace the side panels on the bath. Looks great! Very good that the Company support the learning and personal development of young people. The plumber very patiently and pleasantly guided the enthusiastic apprentice through the job. Unfortunately good workmanship let down by mis-management, poor communication and lack of customer service. The 1 star is only because the tradesmen were polite and courteous at all times. Their 'project manager' is losing them trade and respect.

Fascia and guttering replced by Hugh Strain Ltd and the house looks fabulous! Great job, thanks.
