As far as the majority of the company's dynamic goes the greater part of the workforce is very competent and pleasant. The price for the installation was very good and the quality of product is also.Take the initial quoting with a pinch of salt and perhaps ask for everything to be doubled checked as you may find the owners sense of timing for the job and spacial awareness for fence panels required is almost as bad his attitude. Under normal circumstances of taking longer than estimated due to his own personal errors, one should acknowledge these issues, whereas this manager proceeds to refuse the lack of professionalism that even allows him to listen to customer issues. He instead resorts to shouting and diminishing complaints and problems, considering them part and parcel of their service.So please by all means use this company as your end product will be what you want, but vastly limit your interactions with the owner and whatever you do, don't question him.

Odd sized panel ordered.Lots of wood sealer type stuff on the good side, looks a mess as for front of property.Quite miserable staff tbh, don't think they enjoy their job. Won't use again or recommend.

We were really pleased with how Bentinck put in our new fence. The panels are beautiful. We had an issue with a neighbour on the day of installation, and Bentinck sent a supervisor out straight away to help find a resolution. Our neighbour was less than polite to their workers, and they just brushed it off and got on with the job. I am very grateful for our property now being secure, and looking good, and with the minimum of fuss from their end. Thank you Bentinck.

Bentinck Concrete laid two patios for me. The quality of the products used was very good.The crew that did all the graft ( Peter & Kev) were very skilled, professional, polite, punctual and very helpful. They worked in blazing sunshine, windy and very wet conditions , I am very pleased with their work ethics, nothing was too much troubleI cannot recommend Bentinck enough, I will be using them in the future without hesitation .PS Kirkby
