Battlebridge Athletics Track
No idea why I'm rating an athletic track but here you are. It's definitely not the best surface but it's one of the only free tracks in the area and if you like running round and round then this is your best choice.

I walk this track most days during my lunch hour. It's kept well by the council and used by locals to keep fit.

A well kept secret within a local community.It provides a mush needed site for keeping fit and healthy especially within the current climate.Users are clearly well aware of social distancing and respect private space.All ages utilise this facility and is indeed a wonderful community track.

Great local spot to do a bit of exercise with a running track, sports field and hard ground area for a variety of different activities. Also makes for a great place to walk your dog. Parking available and it’s rarely crowded.

Battlebridge Athletics Track
It is what it is. It's a running track; but there is a beauty of this area here which brings young families here and not just for serious Sports Folk (but there are plenty of these also). Children learning to ride a bike for the first time... All types of Sport and exercise happens here.

Battlebridge Athletics Track
A 400m running track surrounding a grassed infield area. Track surface is gravel / cinder type, and could do with upgrading or maintaining better. Often has standing water and muddy parts in winter. It's free and there are no restrictions to use by public afaik. Regularly used by junior football teams, athletic clubs, keen runners, dog walkers and casual walkers. Parking available, but gets busy around 3pm weekdays when parents collect the children from the adjacent school.

Nice place to some exercises, just don't come expecting a high quality athletics track. It is mostly gravel and, while servers a purpose isn't the best of quality

Handy place for me. Plenty of green to do what you fancy. A couple of football goals erected at times. A running track. Ample car park. Often used for group yoga and boxersise.

Good track..cinder, used by local residents has a large firm rubberized area at car park end,which is good for outdoor training. A carpark helps too.
