So grateful to Rich, Hurt Locker gave me confidence in the gym and helped me reach my body goals. Organised and clean place with all that you need to reach the goal. Such a friendly and supportive environment. High quality equipment for anything you would want to do. So so so grateful and appreciative to Rich and the gym community he’s built!!

I joined as a member in May this year and can highly recommend it. Completely new experience for me as I’ve only ever done yoga/ swimming/ running previously, and have always found gyms a bit intimidating - but it’s very friendly and welcoming, with a great range of equipment. Rich is really helpful getting you started if you’re not totally sure what you’re doing, and he runs a tight ship - it’s always spotlessly clean, tidy, good music, free bananas! - everything you need.

Absolute hidden gem. Wanted a place to workout while I was on holiday and The Hurt Locker was an amazing find.Unbelievable value considering the high level equipment inside; everything is top of the range, well-maintained, and clean. Buying a pass and gaining access was so easy as well.Owner is really nice and responsive too. Felt very welcome there.Only downside is I live too far away to go again!

Great gym with a really friendly atmosphere. I am getting back into exercise after having a baby and I’ve never been made to feel unwelcomed or like a don’t belong. It is a gym for everyone.

Love this gym. Use it every time i come to Bridport. Has all the equipment you’ll ever need for weight training, never too busy and Rich is very helpful and prompt at replying to any questions

Trained here whilst I was visiting in-laws in Bridport. Great gym all round. Clean, good kit and accessories. Owner was welcoming and the vibe was positive and helpful. Training home from home. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing gym. I was keen to keep up with my training whilst on holiday. I cannot recommend HL highly enough, well equipped, friendly, clean, great owner, amazing value and cool vibe...everything you want in a gym space. Felt welcomed and well catered to. Can't wait to come back!

I bought a weekly pass whilst I was on holiday and it was great value for money. Rich does a fantastic job of running the gym, he keeps it exceptionally clean and there is a really friendly vibe.I would highly recommend this gym, especially if you are on holiday in the Bridport area - there is plenty of equipment for training purposes, lockers, a vending machine, a refreshingly cold water dispenser, parking outside the door and even free bananas if you need a sugar rush.See you next year!

Great gym with loads of high quality equipment which is kept immaculate by Rich. I trained here for a week whilst on holiday and I’d highly recommend it. The Hurt Locker is definitely another reason to visit this amazing part of the country.
