We had an excellent costumer service by Gary.As me and my flatmates needed to settle to our new flat as soon as possible, we were lucky enough to come across one of the best estate agents we have met so far in London. Mr Adler has been absolutely fantastic.He arranged our viewing as soon as possible and helped us until the very end in closing the arrangement. His great communication skills and patience lead us finding our new home and we owe it to him. Excellent service from both Sam and Joseph.They have now found my last two flats in the London area. With both flats they skillfuly negotiated decent terms with the landlords. They were extremely accessible and went above and beyond in maintaining contact, answering questions and helping me through the entire process beginning to end. Great company and people to deal with. Was the first time I had rented out a property and Sam held my hand through the whole process. Always highly responsive and nothing was ever a problem. Sam and Joseph would reply to emails and text messages very quickly, whether day and night. Very highly recommended especially for people like me setting out on the journey to rent out properties. It's not worth going with to get a place. There are liars and cheats there, putting other people names down on the bills, so they don't have to pay it, then they kick the person out when it gets too high

Myself and I friend have recently moved into a new flat, which we love, with the help of Easy Lettings!Asher was very helpful and friendly during the whole process, putting us at ease during a stressful time. We were kept informed of all legal requirements, the letting process and Asher understood our requirements.I would have given 5 stars if the estate agent (who viewed the property with us) had the property information, rather than being told to direct our questions Asher.

1 stars is too many.Rented a property through Easy Estates Group for almost 2 years and was anything but easy. The quality of the building was substandard from sliding floor boards to leaking ceiling causing electrical hazards. The estate agents were almost impossible to contact. Nobody answers the office phone and the 'emergency' WhatsApp number was never answered. Emails were unanswered for weeks on end despite constant reminders. Terrible communication skills, poor standard living and quite cold and unfriendly at times. After waiting over a month to receive my deposit back, I am very glad to be living elsewhere.
