It's just not good. The doctors are fine but the reception staff are just so unfriendly, and I hope you don't want an appointment because apparently that's not the kind of thing that happens here unless you phone up on the day and aren't 20th in the queue, so make sure you have an hour to sit listening to grainy hold music on a 20 second loop before being given a time that doesn't work for you so you need to go through the same again. Or you could use their broken and incomprehensible online service to get nowhere instead then have to ring up anyway.

Very good people. Most of the people moaning in their reviews treat the staff like dirt, and I have seen it first hand. They are one of the only surgeries that still try to fit you in, if you call same day. Many surgeries in MK do not do this, just call at 08:30 and be willing to hold.Remember, people of Furzton, itr's also how you speak to people that goes a long way as to how someone treats you back. Learn some manners and courtesy and you might just get it back and the help you need.

I was at the Gp around 4 pm.Very bad customer service. Receptionist was rude and unfriendly.she wasn’t even ready to answer politely our questions and it takes forever to take an appointment. Disappointed!

I have been with this surgery for years. I remember Dr Patel and Dr Ullah, both excellent family doctors who treated us very well. The GP's have continued this high standard of care towards my parents. If you get on the phone at around 8.25 in the morning you shouldn't have any problem getting an appointment that day. Yes, you might have to wait in a queue but they are doing their best. I have always found the receptionist to be professional and kind. Treat people how you would like to be treated.

I have over 40 calls I have made from my phone with zero appointments with a GP. Every time is the same old story, phone back tomorrow at 8.30.I ended up in and out of A&E 3 times because I was unable to get an appointment, which in turn provides a burden on the hospital.Ended up have to pay out of my own pocket for a private appointment to get a referral for what ultimately was a painful and serious condition. If I had waited any longer to see my gp there was a very real risk that I would have suffered irreversible issues.I can't comment on the GPs themselves as I am unable to see one as the receptionist seems to be making all the decisions without any medical training or ability to prioritise.Ultimately the way they are behaving is shameful and fail in their duty of care.

I am fed up with this surgery. Whenever I call, they keep me waiting for at least 20-30 minutes, finally when I get to talk to someone asking for an appointment there is nothing available or they offer me only 1-2 options all in the morning or noon time and when I say that I am working that day and time, they say: Dr is only working till 12:40??!!!!! I tried to change my GP but other surgeries say that I have to stay with the closest to my address!!! I am so very disappointed, frustrated and fed up:(((((((((

I have been with this surgery for about 2 years.I moved to this gp due to not getting the care I believed I needed from my previous GP surgery. In the last 2 years they have done more for me than my previous gp did in 10 years.9 out 10 times I have had the help and guidance I needed since moving here.I'm glad I moved to this surgery.

The surgery used to be amazing but unfortunately the surgery has become awful. However the pharmasts at the surgery is amazing but certain Dr is awful and does not care about the safety of her patients and being medical dependant and young with children has managed to stop me from enjoying activities with my children and was rude and had no interest in patient freedom or welfare and costs of medication was the priority not the patient absolutely disgusting and will be lodging a formal complaint. The reception staff nurses critical care an pharmasist and some Dr's are lovely just a shame a doctor is willing to put patients at risk.If only records and things were read and communicated I'm sure this would change and become a much better practice that puts patients before costs.Sorry to write this but I hope things improve and once my formal complaint is in it will be investigated and actions made to improve and reduce the risks on patients.Thank you
