I visited on a weekday.Found it less crowded on that day:)All kinds of electronics appliances ànd devices are available here ( good stock), a lot of display in case one wants to see the real deal.Currys is famous enough for selling electric appliances and need not any review for what they do.

I came to this branch to buy a pair of replacement headphones for my sister, which she breaks quite often and received excellent service from Derrick, and he was very helpful in suggesting I get insurance. He was super clear about everything I needed to know. He is a good very employee, very friendly and kind - people are bound to come back and walk out with smiles there. I'm also wishing a early happy birthday to his twins.

One staff member was nice and knew the basics. He saved my experience after I had spoken to two other staff members that were completely clueless and careless… One told me a port box I wanted to buy did not include a cable and said I should buy this separately. But he did not know what the cable I needed looked like, so just showed me random ones asking ‘This one? This one? This one?…’ Where are the hidden cameras? Felt like a joke. Another staff interrupted and said the box did include a cable…I got home, tried a cable that was recommended by that same initial staff member that I use for my hard drive. Turns out: it doesn’t work for hard drives, only as a charger…Teach your staff what the basics of your products. You are literally paying some of your staff to waste customers’ time and money.

Fantastic staff not in your face but very polite and knowledgeable. We return time and time again as we value a physical look at the product. We do sometimes order at home a week or so later after mulling it over. Currys are on par with online retailers price wise.

Terrible experience, staff without training. Since the management team didn't want to deal with the issue, they sent me to the Apple store telling me they would be able to deal with it faster. I went to the store, and they couldn't help as I had no appointment made.Currys wasting customers time as usual.

Good to shop for electronics. There’s a nice gentleman greeting as you go inside the shop. We got what we are looking for very fast. Helpful staff too

Needed micro SD cards and couldn’t find anywhere else to buy them. Took the last 2 in stock. The store is like a Best Buy for us US people. Had to wait a bit for help to get the product off the shelf as most items have security locks on them. All in all, a cool tech store to check out.

Thought I was the only one who had a bad experience but looking on other reviews, guess I'm not the only one. Staff here are not helpful, no customer service. They are just talking on the corner instead of helping customers. One guy I approach and asked for help but he is extremely arrogant and doesn't even bother to help. Not even trying to check if they have it in stock. How can you make sales if your staff are like this? Definitely, needs training and proper customer service.

Disappointing.The staff left my bank card and driving license on the table visible, while other customers presented around the table. Even repeated my 3 digits from the back of my card loudly, in front of everyone. No explanation of steps or options, just came back said your card declined! And I noticed I was charged a pound!He keeps saying go to Vodafone!I had to Call my bank, as I was very worried and had to cancel my card. They told me there isn’t any issues with my card, and my credit is excellent. Not sure what happened!Very unhappy.
