Ishia and her other colleagues at Spaces and Places were so friendly, they made the process of renting feel a less stressful. Their communication was amazing, I never felt left out of the loop or in the dark about the situation. They are also extremely understanding of peoples personal situations.

The team is fantastic and extremely professional.I wouldn't just recommend them from a tenant point of view, but to any landlord who is looking for a letting agent to look after their property and to get the right tenant/person into your home.The amount of documentation, forms, and bank statements and checks that were needed for the tenancy is a lot and, at times, frustrating to me the tenant, but at the end of the day, although I knew I would be a good tenant, Spaces and Places were extremely thorough.I'm really happy with them as a letting agent personally.
