Leaving one star is generous, unfortunately I couldn’t leave 0!!Order two fleeces from this shop for my kids and was told they would be delivered to their school within a week!Two weeks later I called to ask when they would be arriving and was told they where sorry bit of a delay due to supplier issues! No problem I was happy to wait.Two weeks more I called yet again and a girl who works there said she had the fleeces in front of her and she was getting them ready to send to the school.Another week came and went! Still no fleeces! This time I called and a man answered who was very rude he said you haven’t got them because you haven’t paid! I paid when ordered!!!! I demanded to speak to the manager who admitted the fleeces where never there and he doesn’t know why his staff member said I hadn’t paid!!!These people are unprofessional, liars and money takers. Steer clear stick to Thomas Moore!Never again!
