Had Lindsay out to quote for our windows and offer some suggestions. We had 3 other quotes and theirs was the most competitive but also didn't feel like he was trying to push every expensive option on us, in contrast to the others.Very low pressure process that made my wife and I feel really comfortable with them.The fitters came out and did a great job, the windows and doors look awesome and I can't fault a single thing. Highly recommended.

I have been rebuilding a property. I was recommended to Lindsay at Hunsbury glazing via my builder.I showed Lindsay what I was looking for, ideally a built wood frame. Lindsay stated that the doors that he will install will look exactly like wood. I was horrified when I returned home to find what had been installed at the property.Not only are these doors the very worst fit that myself or any of my trades at the property ever seen but they are also not fit for purpose. The doors come away from the frame completely & twice I have had to call out an out of hours locksmith to have the doors placed back into frame and for them to be secure.Vents are missing, there are large gaps in the frames which let in wind & cold air.In total there are 36 snags.Not only are they not fit for purpose but they also don’t resemble what I asked for. (I have placed an image on here of what I asked for and what I ended up with. They are the cheapest looking plastic which are falling apart with big black trims. Far from a slim line wooden door.Lindsay also installed a single door out of the patio which cannot be opened at all without asking 3 trades onsite to hold it together to be locked.I am placing a strong report to trading standards & also the police due to Lindsay previously turning up at the property on a Sunday letting himself in with no pre authorised permission, Lindsay still has a key for this door & after doing away with the best part of £4,000 with no follow up on a outcome to move forward he cannot be trusted.The only bad part of this build has been sadly dealing with Lindsay and his none existent approach of resolving this matter.This will not be dropped on my part & a report will also be filled with the local newspapers to warn others to avoid this business.
