Fiancé bought my engagement ring here and although there was a small issue with soldering they sorted it no problem and polished and cleaned the ring for free. Great service from the staff, friendly and efficient. I'm so happy with my ring!

Initially took my watch in for a replacement Glass, New Battery and a clean on the 20th October 2022.Agreed to the price of £30 on the 25th, and 1 week later I went in to pick the watch up.Upon inspecting the watch I noticed a small bit of dirt under the Brand New Glass, so took it straight backinto the shop for them to remove the dirt particle. 1 Hour later I went to pick the watch up, inspecting the watch againI noticed 2 hands are missing from the small Dials, and some of the 22k Gold plated Lettering and Numbering Missing.I went back into the shop and let them know, they took the watch and said they would contact me when they have found the missing pieces.I went into the shop today 08 December 2022 and picked up my watch. The Dials were back in but some of the Numbering and Lettering were still missingAsking the counter attendant about this, the reply I was giving was Once it goes into the clean machine
