I need to be honest. I went today to fund a suit for my Son's prom.... a suit we had seen in Leicester was there and my son loved it, so he tried the jacket on again.... the man who served us made me feel like I was interrupting his day... he was quite arrogant and could barely crack a smile. I mentioned another shop i wanted to go to and he gave me directions but proceeded to tell me they were much more expensive... that wasn't the point... but I left saying I may be back... he was too busy on his mobile to notice what I had said. Needless to say the other shop didn't have the suit my son was looking for, although the service was impeccable.. we headed back here. I walked in and asked if my son could try the suit on with a black shirt.. he said they are packaged so he couldn't. The suit was what my son wanted so I purchased the jacket, waistcoat, shoes, shirt and a tie... I laughed and asked for discount and he offered me a suit bag...again, his attitude and customer service was shocking. I paid £280 and I didn't get anywhere near the service from the store in Leicester, if time wasn't an option I would have driven to the other store as I felt valued and appreciated. The gentleman today was rude, arrogant and needs some training in customer service. Every touchpoint was an inconvenience to this man.... I will not return and no... I would not recommend.

the most horrendously insolent, unhelpful and rude employees i think i’ve ever been served by. the suits are poor quality despite spending a lot of money at this shop, falling apart after just a few weeks of wearing. thoroughly disappointed and i will never be returning and definitely not recommending. absolutely disgusted.

Originally they were perfect, really helpful and kind asking how I was. This soon changed tone when I went to return a suit, the suit fell apart within wearing five times. Really rude to my elderly grandmother when she attempted to explain the sowing problems. Definitely not worth the price. Go online for official suits and not faulty resales.

Fantastic customer service, staff were so helpful. We wanted a suit for a wedding and there was a lot of choice. Would definitely recommend and would go back again

The shop is not worth for zero stars. People were racist and very rude to customers. Feeling bad for buying stuffs. I never imagine how they got place in premium place like queens gate where tourist comes. Never recommend the shop.

Terrible staff , went there to buy a suit and was treated as if they were doing me a favour , tried one suit and then was told I could not try anything else because he doesn't have time for that " seriously? How do you sell anything treating people like this ? I dont recommend at all

I’ve bought a shirt for my son on the 28/6, he wore it once and the colour of the print underarms run out, I took the shirt to the shop and asked for a swap as it’s not supposed for it to happen after using it once.The gentleman behind the counter called his boss who said that if it was worn then it can’t be returned and probably it was the sweat that did it…I’m so angry … I paid 20 pounds for it , you don’t expect this to happen, the shop owner was extremely dismissive and rude, I’ll never buy from there again and definitely will spread the word about how dishonest they are .

Some really nice cloths and enjoy the style in this shop but the staff in Peterborough are not helpful at all rude and not interested in helping me get what I wanted to buy. The Leicester branch is probably the best staffed shop I have been to they are very helpfull. I'll probably avoid the Peterborough branch and just go to Leicester when I'm cloths shopping and that is at least once a month
