Really excellent service here today. I'm 78 and recently had my phone disconnected by O2 after an absence. They couldn't tell me how to reconnect. I visited the very welcoming O2 Cheltenham store and Elena sorted it out in 5 minutes. Thank you Elena : outstanding !

I was served by Perez (Hope I got his name correct). I walked in at 5PM and a lady said its too late to get a phone on a contract, but he turned up went out of his way to help me. I do not know where-else to put this feedback. please direct me to a feedback forum where I can re state the same feedback

Long wait, and O2 policy/systems mean that they are unable to resolve all your issues face-to-face. I had to call customer service, and they are not the best. The in-store team are kind and friendly.

The first employee I met with was very polite and helpful, but then he referred me to his co-worker (Piers) who was incredibly rude, condescending and seemed like he didn't want to help at all. I went in with my elderly neighbor to help her with a sim card issue, and he treated us like we were stupid and just walked away after telling us there was nothing he could do to help. I was considering switching to O2, but after this interaction I never want to step into this store again. I was completely appalled.

Very poor service. We had been told to go into the shop for a replacement sim. This is an easy, straightforward process. The person who “served” us stated there was a two hour wait. This was quite unbelievable. The online customer service needs to be informed of the store’s inadequacies so no one else makes the same mistake.

Such poor service. Wanted to get a new sim and was told to come back 2 hours later as there was a queue for the release of iPhone 15. There was no queue! We were the only people at the shop and all we needed was a SIM card! Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Not impressed at all
