Sudell Gutter Cleaning

Very quick response to my morning quote request. Richard came promptly the same day and was very helpful and understanding. Was able to replace some guttering parts as necessary. The vacuum cleaner was very efficient. He did a perfect job and I would recommend him to anyone. Will use him again, good value.

Updated from 5 stars down to 2.update: hate to leave negative reviews but after waiting for a response on fixing a wonky looking front of house gutter i am sadly left with no choice. been promised a revisit to fix wonky looking gutters and then no contact or replys to messages to arrange remedial works. as a business owner myself I understand what a negative review can do and not really a fan of leaving them but definitely feeling out of pocket on this occasion. happy to remove this if remedial work is carried out.original review:5 starshad my gutters repaired and cleaned inside and out. We found Sudell to be competitively priced. They arrived on time and worked methodically and tidily. We were shown pictures of the work both before and after (roof gutters). Richard was on time as agreed. He gave a competitive quote and worked quickly to a good conclusion. He replaced two brackets, which cleaned the gutters which were leaking and repaired the poor work which had been done previously. All of which was discussed prior to work being carried out. Company put me in touch with Richard Bowers, who covers the Tamworth area.We had our front guttering replaced and roof edge sealed . Richard also identified a key problem with our connected neighbours guttering , which was having a major impact on our gutter and realigned the whole run .There has been considerable rainfall since completion and the guttering is now doing a good job for both houses.Richard gave very thorough and clear communication all the way through. His work was professional with an excellent finish and at a good price. Had a problem with gutter leaking. Phoned Richard at Sudell cleaning company and he came out the next day. Gutter was repaired straight away preventing further damage. Richard is professional and friendly, would highly recommend.
