It all began when I arrived at the car dealers' parking lot and unintentionally parked in the wrong spot. In a rather unprofessional manner, one of the staff members asked me to move my car to a different location.They requested that I wait in the designated waiting area until they prepared the car for inspection. After approximately 10-15 minutes, they called us to the unit located at the back of the building to examine the car.I typically don't leave reviews, but I genuinely felt compelled to share my experience here.Having been involved in numerous car purchases, the vehicle they presented to me was the worst I have ever seen, particularly considering the price they were asking. It was truly shocking and ended up being a complete waste of my time and effort.Before visiting them, I had checked their reviews, and while I did come across a variety of opinions, I had hoped for a positive outcome. However, I strongly advise conducting thorough research before considering a visit.Furthermore, I overheard them speaking about me in a derogatory manner from behind my back. It was truly disheartening to witness such appalling behavior from their side.Attached below are the pictures for reference.

Went in and dealt with Sergio. Very helpful. Not pushy. Told him what we wanted and what we expected and he found us the perfect vehicle. Once everything was agreed he passed us over to Amy who sorts the payment insurance road tax etc. Amy was brilliant. Helped when my card failed. Processed everything very efficiently. Can’t thank them both enough. Bought a black Audi A1 today for my daughter So they know who we are. Thanks again. We will be back !!!

I was asked to submit a 'Trustpilot' review directly after completing the sales transaction, which I later changed for the following reasons:1. The car developed a fault the day after leaving the forecourt.2. The sales team referred me to the 'after sales' team when I called to report the issue.3. The 'after sales' personnel initially said I couldn't get an appointment for 2 weeks, justifying the waiting time stating 'other organisations typically make you wait longer'. I managed to reduce the timescale to 5 days after pleading my case.4. The management system displays the 'stop/ start' function is not available every time I start the engine. I was informed it doesn't always work due to engine temperature, battery charge level, ac operation, etc.5. A 'system warning' light regularly appears in the display. I was informed the collision radar sometimes gets 'dirty' or becomes misaligned and to monitor it. He informed me I'd have to return a second time should it happen again and the bumper would have to be removed to resolve the problem: the warning light activated again 10 minutes into my journey home.The sales model is high turnover/ low profit with poor customer care. I wish I'd followed my instincts and avoided this dealership despite the attractive price on garguru. I strongly suggest bypassing this organisation. I was asked to write a review at the desk directly after the sale, they asked if I would mind if they photographed the review before I posted it, one feels inclined to write a positive review knowing it's going to be seen by the sales team; I believe this is the reason QPX obtain high ratings!

Absolutely amazing service from Quality part x, from booking in to view the car & completing the sale we have been so impressed by top service.They have been more than than happy to answer questions and queries making us feel very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great service. Picked me up from the train station. Great deal on the car and car looks immaculate. Serviced the car for me and added with 12 months MOT. Customer service has been brilliant, everyone very polite and happy!

I just want to specifically shout out Adam who helped me to the best of his ability from the minute I came in. My situation was quite difficult and he honestly went more than above and beyond to make sure that I was able to receive my dream car as soon as possible.The team here are all extremely friendly and supportive and I’m happy to have chosen this company to purchase my car from. Even though there was one fault, the team got me booked in asap to have this sorted out.I would highly recommend!

Really friendly staff and good, competitive prices on vehicle. Travelled from Birmingham and they were welcoming, we test drove the vehicle on the same day and all paperwork sorted, no hassle. Part exchange another vehicle however wasn’t offered as much as we would like or initially thought before we came that was the only downfall but had no choice to part exchange as couldn’t drive 2 vehicles back to Birmingham. Also a nice touch would be to offer a drink, there was a drink paid vending machine however would be good to have free hot drinks machine if we’re stuck for a few hours. Couple of the ladies who finished our paperwork were lovely and gave my daughter some biscuits from their own drawer so I think more hospitality goods would be a plus in my opinion

Whilst we are very happy with the car, sadly I have to agree with some of the reviews about the poor customer service. From trying to make an appointment to view the car (after I declined to pay the £100 refundable fee), to viewing and then aftercare, it was all very lacking and impersonal. We very nearly walked away after being kept waiting for 20 minutes even though we had made an appointment. I wouldn't trust the reviews either, I was asked to write a review as soon as the sale was complete which the office manager would then paste onto other sites.
