The lovely sales man was so helpful and friendly. Made me glad I made the effort to go visit store rather than buy online

Asked general question about sony product and as I never purchased it from store was very abrupt and couldn't be bothered to help don't take 30seconds out of your life just to help someone very poor customer service

Popped in here just to browse with the intention to maybe buy my boyfriend some new EarPods (not necessarily Sony ones). We had such a great and personable experience here that we did end up buying one from the store.We didn't get his name but the staff working there was so nice, friendly and knowledgeable. He even told us what products were on sales and what deals he could do for us with warranty. We ended up getting the EarPods and a 3 year warranty. The noise cancellation is unreal, we're super happy with our purchase.

Nightmare con-shop.I landed at this store through the Sony website, it pretends to be a Sony Store (uses their logo and branding and website colours and everything), but it's just a bunch of shops under a common name (franchise model). Sony Center Staines Store manager asked me to pay a 10% restocking fee for returning a brand new camera within 14 days of purchase by the way camera is sealed in its original packing (Invoice no - 90054xx)I wrote 7 emails asking them to provide their return policy which they refused, probably worried of their wrongdoing.After your money is gone they treat you like you never existed.Stick to the reliable shops on the high street with clear prices and return policies! You'll probably save money too.

My 92 year old father purchased a TV from the Sony Centre in Staines. From start to finish the 2 Sales Guys were excellent. Everything was explained, my Dad is over the moon with the TV, the delivery was perfect and the TV set up was explained without any problems to my Dad. I would highly recommend this shop and service.
