We purchased our carpet through Carpet Time and they fitted it as well. What a transformation!!! They were accommodating from the start and were extremely patient and understanding throughout. The fitters they sent did an excellent job - very friendly and professional. Could not fault them. We would definitely recommend Carpet Time!

Carpet Time sold and laid the carpet for our flat. The men who came arrived on time, were polite and professional, cleaned up after themselves. all in all 100% satisfied! Highly recommend Carpet Time!!!

We just had the carpet in our flat replaced. We researched all carpet shops within a mile or two of where we live and then visited the ones with the best reviews. We visited about 6 shops. Each shop had slightly different carpets so who had the right carpet was a matter of luck, but Carpet Time in Cricklewood had a really broad selection at very reasonable prices. The reason for the 5-star rating was the installation. We had a fitter called Noel that did 100 sqm of carpet in two days including stairs. He was fantastic and the nicest guy you could ever hope for. He was very professional, neat, considerate and fast. I have no hesitation in recommending this shop, particularly if you get a fitter like this. Thanks for a great job Noel.

Very professional. I was so impressed with their knowledge, they took the time to explain the different finishes. They came and measured and gave me time limits on when things would be completed, they even fitted the stair rods for free. Thanks Harry, Robert and Steve. My stairs look great. Great service!! I had visited a plethora of carpet stores and some refused to even cut me samples! Harry was extremely helpful from the minute I walked in to the store. I was able to take samples home and did so on two separate occasions. The fitters did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend!

Everything was straightforward until the carpet fitter damaged the freshly painted skirting boards in countless places probably whilst cutting the carpet. Company also took balance from my card w/o authorisation or checking whether job had been completed to my satisfaction, wondering whether that is legal at all. Allegedly they had mentioned this to me on the phone, but well --- they did not. When I complained about it - no apology and no question whether I was happy with the job. Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling money correctly are really basic business practices. Carpet fitter apparently is also self-employed and does not represent the company. Again nobody mentioned that to me, but I was told that this is common practice. I think it should at least be mentioned since I contracted with Carpet Time and not with a self-employed carpet fitter.

We have just had 2 rooms and the stairway from top floor to basement of our Hampstead terrace house fitted with new carpets and new blinds fitted to the velux windows on the top floor.The quality of the carpet is excellent and the cost most reasonable.It was a total pleasure to deal with the highly professional team at this family owned company from selecting the carpet through to fitting.I strongly recommend Harry and his team to any and all persons considering the purchase of new carpets or blinds
