Actually bought a watch here never have I bought a so called designer watch until this day. The sales girl was clever to get me to shell out but I did like the watch too.

I went to watch station today and the help and information I got from Rachelle regarding the products was amazing she defo knows her stuff and her customer service was second to none

Great treasury for those who love their timepieces, tradional or more technical.

Visited the mcarthurglen store today 17.06.23 and was so impressed with the help and service from caitlin. What an outstanding member of staff they have working there! Could not recommend enough

I always go here for a new watch built up quite a collection now and they always have a good selection of diesel. But with more than a few watches there's always the need for the batteries to be changed went in there yesterday (23/07/23) to get one of them changed. Batteries were changed quickly and at a really good price too. I was served by caitlin who is just really nice polite friendly she did try showing me a sale item but I resisted (just about) maybe next time

Bought a watch, looked online afterwards, and the price I paid was cheaper than any online seller. Staff helpful not high presdure selling. Mostly fashion" watches e.g. electric movements in classy cases

VERY RUDE MANAGER!!!At the end of October. I purchased my wife a Michael Kors necklace from Watch station Bridgend Designer outlet while on a work trip from London. After wearing it twice it has significantly discoloured.I was back in Bridgend today due to work so I popped into the store with the necklace and receipt to see what could be done as I wouldn’t expect an item to discolour in such a short period of time.The gentleman I spoke to had a look and said I need to get my manager. The manager then came over and from the very beginning she was very defensive and quite rude. She said “what do you want me to do about it” I explained what had happened and she told me that this could have happened by showering or perfume. I explained that my wife doesn’t shower in her jewellery and does not wear perfume. To this I was told “well you can’t prove that” I asked about the complaints process as I was unhappy with the experience in store and the managers attitude. She gave me a phone number that was incorrect and was for online orders and repairs. I specifically asked for the complaints procedure. Her name was Vita and apparently she is the store manager

I recently purchased a diesel watch sadly I smashed the glass . I returned to the store they were very helpful and sent it off for a repair at a very reasonable price picked it up today can't praise the service and the staff enough. Would highly recommend

I purchased a new automatic watch on Boxing Day. It has stopped working 1 week after purchase. And because this store is an outlet, it’s not possible to ship it back and must be returned in person. That’s highly inconvenient for those who live far away.Cheap prices though, if that’s any consolation?
