I’m really pleased to have found Michael to fix my boiler. I had called someone else a few months prior who didn’t even come to see the problem (at that point the issue was only that it was not heating water very well) and offered me a no guarantee repair for £800 (he just presumed it was the heat exchanger) or £3000 for a new boiler. I decided to make do for a while with only slightly warm water. Once it started leaking too, I thought I’d give it one more go at repair before succumbing to a new boiler. Michael came to see the leak on the same day I called, quickly diagnosed what the problem was and got to work finding the part (it is a very old and uncommon boiler so not easy!). He had the part within a few days and came to fix it. The boiler gave him quite a few challenges since it was on its last legs but he stuck to his quote and even checked a couple of other things I’d asked about (radiator fluids and broken drain valve). Michael then turned his attention to the original hot water issue, found the issue, ordered the part (not the heat exchanger!!!) and got it fixed. Being my old cranky boiler, this also gave him some issues but he expertly worked his way through them (again for the quoted price) and now I have super hot water and no leaks for a fraction of the price of a new boiler.Michael is polite and friendly and very reasonably priced. He was punctual and kept me up to date with progress all the way through. My ancient boiler has a new lease of life and if I do have to replace it at some point in the future, I know who to ask.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink whilst in lockdown. Michael quickly identified the problem and came promptly. He was so professional and respectful of social distancing, which is so important in these scary times. He fixed the issue quickly and effectively. You would never have known he’d been in the kitchen, it was left so tidily. I cannot recommend highly enough. A wonderful service from a lovely man!

Michael changed my old boiler for a new combi system, replaced radiators and installed a hive system. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. The price was very competitive, he is consentious, reliable, and trustworthy. He is a true professional and went over and above the work I expected, clearing out redundant pipework and replacing bad for very good. I am over the moon with the work he carried out and wish I had the work done years ago.

Michael was a pleasure to deal with and it’s not often you come across someone this knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem with an old boiler with ease, explained everything clearly and gave great advice. He was very responsive and quick to fix the problem. To actually explain everything in great detail (boiler parts along with the heating system) was a real eye opener. Michael replaced our boiler and all radiators and installed a hive control system. Very knowledgeable about boiler types and best solution for us. The installation was done quickly and very neatly, cleared the mess up as he went. Price was very good. Very professional service on top of that -Michael is calm and unflappable. Michael was recommended to us by two different friends and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I have worked as an Interior designer for many years and I have yet to find a better plumber than Michael. He is honest, professional, efficient and reliable. He has helped us on a our own house where we were terribly let down by contractors. Michael had to trace and check huge amounts of issues and correct errors that, had he not been extremely vigilant, could have lead to a disaster. I cannot recommend Michael highly enough for the great job he did. He replaced our boiler and installed a new heating system in our house due to a renovation.
