I received the most gorgeous bouquet of flowers through this florist, it was the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen let alone received. Was perfectly put together with some flowers I have never known existed. It was massive. Such a delight to look at. I will definitely be using this florist in the future if I need to send flowers to anyone. I’ve always used a competitor in the past, but I’d like to put a smile on my loved ones faces and I know this florist wouldn’t disappoint. Thank you

Soad and her team did an absolutely amazing job with a recent flower delivery. I could see that I was very nervous, but they were very patient and constantly reassured me that everything will be ok. They went above and beyond and sent an incredible bunch of flowers which made my partner speechless...They also messaged me to say the flowers were delivered to my partner in person. I would like to thank you all for all of your help. Will certainly use your services again!!

A huge thank you to Soad and her team for the absolutely stunning flowers at my wedding. Soad did a fantastic job and I cannot recommend her enough, she knew exactly what type of flowers and colours I liked, she created and delivered a lovely arrangement and array of gorgeous flowers and colours. Super rude owner . Paid £35 and they act like I paid them very small amount of money . Shout on me and when I say that I would never come back . They said that's fine. For sure they don't know what's the meaning of customer service . You are only there just because us and if you continue like that I won't surprise that you will close soon.Also here is nit jungle you need to learn how to speak to the people. That's a shame that we have a shop like that in our area .

Beautiful, high quality flowers and plants as well as the friendliest staff and owners. The florist pays great attention to detail and creates the most luxurious bouquets for any occasion. One of the best in London! Will definitely go back.

Purchased Flowers for my Mum for Christmas. Flower Collection got in contact to ask when I'd like them delivered - I asked for Xmas eve, which was no problem for them! Flowers were extremely good quality and lasted for a few weeks which was great. Definitely recommend this local business and will 100% use their services again.

Rang the company early in the morning as I live in dubai, I asked for roses to be delivered to my sister at a hair dressers for her wedding day, I asked for a few pics and options which were promptly sent to me via WhatsApp, they were so accommodating, I picked what I wanted and it was made and delivered within 2 hours! It was amazing service and the flower arrangement was beautiful! I was given options on how to pay , it was sooo easy and stress free, amazing company , wil use them again for sure , thank you

Awful quality and customer service. Flowers started dying after 1 day, so we took photos to the shop to ask for replacement. Very defensive and unapologetic staff. Made us go all the way home and bring back the old bunch - again in denial about the dead flowers when physically going back with them. After pleading, they replaced all the flowers except the pink daisies, and put the old daisys in with the replaced bunch. No apology, humility or empathy. Now my replaced flowers are dead after 3 days. The peony’s didnt even open and have died. I’ve never experienced this with flowers. Hopefully the owner can see the errors for the sake of the business. (First photo is the first bunch, second photo with the yellow is second)
