PERFECT. Great products, excellent prices and they use proper, professional Fitters. The ONLY place I will use from now on. I really can't praise them highly enough.From start to finish, everyone I dealt with was a nice, honest, extremely knowledgeable person, and, best of all, totally professional.He left us alone to browse after telling us (my friend was with me) he'd be happy to help us with advice I might need and to answer all my questions. True to his word, when called over he answered my numerous & usually idiotic questions, doing so with expertise, honesty & a smile.He gave us a great deal. For the same price, I got far higher quality Vinyl Flooring then I got from the last company I'd dealt with.When he heard that I'd been left high & dry by another company (yeah Spruce Carpets of Govan, I am talking about you) he even expedited my Fitting date.The Fitting is PERFECT. The guy did it very professionally, and we had a wee laugh along the way.The product looked great quality in the shop and looks even better now that it's down.Thank you for turning a stressful time into something positive.NOTE: I waited 10 days before adding this Review due to a bad experience with another company (see above). I wanted to make sure that everything didn't go t*ts-up a few days after the job was over.Needless to say it didn't go t*ts-up and everything was, and is, absolutely PERFECT.

Do not touch with a barge pole. I was referred to this company and the service when we were in the shop was great. However this all changed when the carpet fitter came out and the carpet was the wrong size. We worked round this by accepting a join but that wasn't what we wanted. Then when cleaning up afterwards we noticed our mirror wardrobe has cracked. Called them back and was told it was nothing to do with them and to speak to the fitter. This was really unexpected as we thought they were the same company. The fitter then said it wasn't them and they never touched the wardrobe door. Which was surprising as they fitted the carpet into the wardrobe as well.Rant almost over but I would absolutely recommend NOT using this company.

Vincent was recommended to me. I went into showroom which was lovely and clean and well space out. I was greeted immediately and asked what my requirements were. i was shown several samples of laminate and Vincent was very helpful in helping me choose. He arranged everything right down to delivery and fitting. i felt so relaxed and at ease in the shop, no pressured sale. I'm delighted with the floor and the service i received. i cant recommend them highly enough. they phoned me 30 mins before the fitters arrived which i thought was a nice touch. thank you so much Vincent and Maureen.

Very professional from start to finish. We had previously been let down by another company and the guy went above and beyond to help us and gave us a great deal. The fitting was also very professional and I would highly recommend. He really looked after us.

Needed flooring for a new build property, went to the shop and spoke to Vincent who sorted everything out for us. Gave plenty time for us to have a look around and see what we wanted and was able to make suggestions when we asked. The fitters also done a great job, very pleased with the all round service.

I can't speak highly enough of Carpet Warehouse! I found myself in a difficult situation when my 90 year old mother had to move out her home due to a series of floods in her walk-in shower. As a result, the bathroom flooring, the hall, living room & bedroom carpets had to be removed & replaced. Vincent & Maureen really went the extra mile! I live over 400 miles away & they kept me constantly in the loop, informed me of developments, even chose the replacement carpets & flooring for me & sent me photos so that my mum could okay them from the care home she had been moved to. They kept their promises & appointments, smashing the deadline & managed to remove & replace everything in record time. They also reminded me of what the home insurance company would require of me regarding the claim & kept offcuts of the damaged carpets at the home insurances request. They made what was a particularly stressful situation less of an ordeal, knowing that I could happily rely on them to get the job done. On returning home my mum was delighted with the results & the fact that her furniture had been put back in its original place. I would definitely recommend them again & I will certainly be using their services in the future. Outstanding, professional & caring service, well worthy of a 5 star rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As always amazing service from this store. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Great selection, great prices & service is fab from Vince & Maureen. Fitters were amazing also. Would definitely recommend.
