Browns Droitwich

Only recently started using browns . Been twice. Had the two best haircuts I've ever had. Made to feel like a genuinely valued customer. Absolutely wonderful place.

Been a few times usually had the woman at the lowest of the 3 shops (a bit confusing tbh) which was ok. Last time had the large guy in the middle shop. He didn’t ask me what I wanted just started cutting. I had to ask several times to cut shorter. After less than 5 mins he decided it was job done and then when I asked if he could put some wax on he hands me a tub of gel for me to put on myself! Felt like a total inconvenience tbh.

Been going to browns for years always felt with either Rich Or Mike, honestly can not go wrong with either barber both really welcoming and take time to listen to your needs especially if you have certain sensitivities they always make sure your needs are met, both are especially good with my son who sometimes struggles to sit still and stay focused, their patience knows no limits.I will continue to use browns

Been using Browns for the past 5 years and have to say they are the best by far in Droitwich . Used the new guy Allen this week and he didn’t disappoint . We’ll done guys top cut as usual

Been going to browns regularly for around a year now and I’ve been dealing with Mike. From my experience I’ve always had good haircuts and he’s the best hairdresser there. I went in today and there was a new man working there. Mike was busy and the new man seemed friendly so I went over and sat in the chair etc. I asked for a medium skin fade with a little taken of the top. It’s the worst fade I’ve ever gotten. He’s scalped me, the fade isn’t faded in some parts and it’s not even a fade. He’s completely cut off my crown so my head looks like a bowling ball. He’s gone into the top of my head with the fade so my head looks like a egg from the front. He took of so much of my hair from the top and took my fringe completely down. It was like he was rushing to finish it no care and effort whatsoever. I’ve got a interview for collage tomorrow and I look a right mug and I start collage in a week so god knows if it will grow back by then so it can be recut. He was very unprofessional and I just wish they hired some barbers who actually knew what they were doing as Mike seems to be the only one who knows how to do fades correctly. At the end of it all I was charged £17 for a questionable haircut which I don’t know the name of as it’s a mix of about 10.Very unhappy. Every time I go outside I have to wear something to cover my head as it looks wonky and terrible.Update!- I went to another barbers in Worcester and I showed them a picture of the haircut I was given and they agreed that the person who cut it should not have a job, they thankfully fixed it up as I grew it out for 2 weeks but still I had to start collage with the worst haircut of my life. Never go here all the cuts are average at most. Go on booksy and find proper places that’s what I did and I’m never turning back. Browns you lost a valued customer because of employing a terrible barber.
