Fantastic food and service. Have been eating at Wagamama’s for over 18 years and it is definitely the best service that I have experienced at a branch. Dylan F was great and has a fab style to his customer service. The whole experience was really enjoyable.

Always a good experience with friendly staff who look like they’re happy to be working there and are genuinely interested in providing a good service. Kat -dept manager? is very enthusiastic about everyone receiving good customer service, and obviously pays attention to staff and customers to ensure everyone has a good time

Arriving at the new Wagamama Northampton, there is plenty of parking and we were quickly seated, even when asking for a booth with back support rather than the standard uncomfortable bench.It took a fair while before our order was taken for food and drink, around 20 minutes.My Bang Bang Cauliflower came out very quickly, as did my Ginger Chicken Udon both of which were delicious.My Girlfriend ordered the Vegan K-dogs and veggie yasai gyoza. The K dogs took another 15 minutes to come out, and the gyoza never appeared.It took us chasing up the order before staff realised it had been mixed up.I decided to order some Edamame so I wasn’t sat with an empty plate while my girlfriend ate… but this never turned up either.The food was delicious, I’ve never been let down by the quality of the food, but the service needs improving. I understand it’s new and the staff are still learning, but to have 2 items not arrive is not good enough.I would recommend the vegan k dogs, even if you aren’t vegan, they’re amazing.

Since reservations are not possible, we were able to walk-in and get a table for our group pretty quickly. We were greeted immediately and the waitress gave us our menus and coloring sheet and crayons for kids.Ordering was very straightforward as the items had numbers and were easy to do. The starter arrived very quickly. However, each of the main menu orders came separately with long delays instead of together. So it felt like different people were eating at different times and felt a bit unacceptable as there were very long delays between receiving each order. This delay and the lengthy exhausting excuses given by the staff made the whole experience unpleasant as we were celebrating and this issue spoiled the celebratory mood of the group. The staff were kind enough to offer a complimentary dessert to make up for their delay as it felt like our orders were the only ones delayed in the entire restaurant.The atmosphere was lovely. The food was very average. The service can be improved as it's abysmal at the moment.

Really enjoyed the food, but as we've never been before, the way they send food out from the kitchen caused some confusion. We were expecting starters, followed by mains, but got one of the sides first, then 15 mins later got our mains, then another 15 mins later got our other side. Quite a disjointed way to send food to a table in my opinion, but other than this, service was good, fairly quick, and the food was delicious! Would definitely go again. Not much of a wait either at around 18:15 on a Monday evening. Little off putting that you can't book a table, meaning you could be waiting a long time to sit, not ideal if your hungry!

Greeted by Reuben who went above and beyond to help. Lunch with a toddler is always a bit stressful but today he got us a highchair - crayons for daughter and explained everything and was so friendly and kind. Our waiters were also excellent and we tried 2 new dishes we have not had before. Exited this has come to northampton and impressed by service, food and facilities. Easy (free) parking. Loved it and more importantly so did our daughter - she ate all the fish bites (shock) which makes returning much easier as we love the food here.

Ramen was great and very tasty.Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.Food is not the cheapest, but it's worth the price.If you don't mind sitting on the bench, you will have a very pleasant time.

Classic Wagamama, can’t go wrong, staff were very friendly. I believe Shan served us and she was awesome. The steak was a little chewy. But apart from that thumbs up from us, we will be back for sure.
