Grimsby Cycle Hub

Called in yesterday expecting to have to leave my wife's bike for a puncture to be repaired and the gentleman with a beard (sorry didn't get his name) said he would do it straight away !! So in less than 15 minutes I had the bike back. Fantastic service ! A lot of other retailers could learn a lot about the level of service and customer satisfaction , well done cycle hub . I will certainly be back for any cycle requirements. KW

The guys there are very cooperative, I wish they could also have some cheaper spare parts as well.Overall I liked their dealing.

Phoned at 4.15pm to see if a puncture repair was possible, arrived at 4.30pm, chap came off his break to do the job, did a couple of other extra bits for me too whilst explaining how and why , job complete by 5.05pm (after closing time) and at a VERY reasonable price, meaning my son could go about his evening as planned. Outstanding compared to the place where the shoddy bike was purchased! Thank you so much, hubby will be in soon with his bike (but will not be in as much as a rush as me!)

Took a red road bike in to be serviced for a klunking noise that was happening and told it was sorted.Second time in still having issues with the klunking noise and request for a service to be done as well. The bike came back with a flat tire and the gears were not sorted out at all they just took the slack of the cableThird time am told i need a new part for the bike as well as the chain sorting.The issues have still continued my gears have not been sorted and i have nearly spent as much on the bike repairing it as i did buying it in the first place, i wouldn't recommend them they clearly dont know what there doing when it comes to road bikes.Because its not been sorted properly and just made ''ridable the issues are starting to come back because the gears are not set up properly as well and the alignment so am constantly stuck in the harden position to bike in putting alot of pressure on the cogs.And to make things worse when they replaced the cogs on the bike tire they dident put the quick release on properly and my back wheel nearly came off while biking to tetney from grimsby nearly causing a nastly accident.Id recommend just doing the work yourself if you can coz they will only half fix it so you in constantly for repairs and services ."

The staff at Grimsby cycle hub really could not do more to make cycle repairs an easy and frictionless process.I will book ahead for a service and the gents always accommodate my drop off and pick up times to suit me. Usually drop off on Donnie’s hour and pick up after work.Always happy to chat and let me know the work they have done and some things I need to be aware of but always get me back on the road and gliding along!Can’t recommend enough!

Excellent service from the Cycle Hub. Thorough service & a number of parts replaced ensured my cycle rides as good as new!

What a great find this place is! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Donated an uncomfortable bike to buy a more suitable one after much discussion. Not pushy at all, happy to spend time

Local at the train station car park. Great service and knowledge of cycle repairs with indoor secure bike parking for a max £1:50 per day insured whilst inside the hub. Plus ample storage on a two level cover rack at the side of the hub, which looks on to the railway platform , car park and as 24/7 CCTV

Very happy with the fast and efficient servicing of the gears and brakes on my road bike. I didn't fancy riding in with faulty brakes so Alex picked up my bike and it was all sorted in a few hours. Great service and very reasonably priced too.
