I have worked with VIP Nursing Agency for over 5 years and among some other consultants, I have worked with Leah Pooley longer than others. Leah is diligent, looking after those under her very well. She gives her utmost best to get us shift promptly. She dedicates attention to any request presented to her. She's good in problem solving and very respectful. I will always recommend people to come and work with Leah and VIP NURSING Agency.

Lea our consultant is excellent. She always accommodates us with our availabilities with no concerns. Communication is the key. We are with her for almost 2 years now and we are still happy. As long as we still feel that we are valued as clients we we’ll stay. Just hoping to have a pay rise as all necessities now are high.

At the start of my registration process there was a little delay but VIp staff assured me it will be fine. I got support throughout, and I found staff to be very efficient, friendly and professional. A very good agency to work for. Fay who deals with my shifts, she informs and update me so any issues are dealt with promptly. Payments are done on time. One of the best agency to work for. Very professional staff who gets on well with nurses. Since I joined last year July, Leah has been communicating well with me. I text her my availability and work preferences and she gets me booked promptly. Once I scan and send my time sheet. I get paid well on time with the rate we agreed. I have worked for VIP now for nearly over 2.5 years. Great agency to work for, good rates of pay and plenty of work avail, and great variety of nursing speciality.I’m really lucky as Leah is my consultant always there supporting me to be the best agency nurse that I can be. I have worked with VIP nursing since 2018 and they have been an amazing company to work for . They find me shifts continually without fail . I always get shifts to work . I’m treated very professionally too. Mohammed J always ensures I have work and would work hard to resolve any pay issue that have arisen a few times. Faye is also particularly really kind and supportive . These two always ensure I am covered with shifts and ask me to call at any time I need to, to discuss shifts. . It’s been a pleasure working with them for many years now .
