I am very happy with the service provided. Plumb london were quick to respond to my request and was able to identify a plumber to visit my home on the same day. The plumber (Steeve) called 30 minutes in advance, arrived on time, fixed the problem within 20 minutes and answered all my questions professionally and patiently. Great service and great value for money!

Plumb London w’re absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We turned our boiler on for the winter but sadly it would not fire up. With a 6 month old baby I was feeling very anxious about how long we would be without hearing. I sent an enquiry to Plumb London at 630am and by 715am someone had called me and arranged a same day visit with a very reasonable call out fee. Mo arrived at lunchtime and was super friendly but unfortunately let me know that the boiler was dead (we knew this was coming). He immediately got on the phone and got me a quote to install a new boiler. He could also see how desperate I was to get it quickly so engineered a situation where they could fit it the next day. I had to wait to speak to my husband who was working abroad and one of the owners ended up emailing me at midnight to confirm that everything was on for next day. Charlie arrived the next morning, such a friendly guy (even worked around my son’s naps) and worked tirelessly to get it installed in a day. A long winded review but I wanted to show how at every turn they really went above and beyond. A brilliant family run business, I can’t speak of them more highly!

Pathetic after sales service - been chasing for 4 months now without any follow up. But ofcourse they will assign you someone if it's a new job - no such delays on that front. Avoid Plumb London at all costs.

Absoultely satisfied with the boiler installation service provided by Plumb London. Both the engineers, Chris and Steve, were professional, courteous, friendly and explained very clearly on what needs fixing, why/how it’s being done and answered all my questions. They found the issue with my previous boiler and were available to instal the new one within a couple of days.I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs, and have already recommended them to a couple of friends.

Plumb London were brilliant from quote to completion. Firstly, they are very competitively priced and I had very little hesitation going with their quote for a new boiler. I was also really impressed with the service. Mo and his colleague were very friendly and took time to explain everything to me. Despite it being a big job (new boiler, thermostatic valves, and work on the exit flues), having to work around me and my wife working from home and needing to order some parts, the work was all done in a day. I was very happy that 2 people were committed to the job and it could all be done so efficiently so that we didn't have to wait over a weekend for the work to be finished.

Stay clear. First engineer performed a routine inspection on my boiler, found it all good and have me the paperwork. When few days later I found out that I had no central heating I called them back. When they visited again they diagnosed a faulty Heat Link Nest and quoted £400 to replace. I bought the part (£60) and replaced it myself, still no central heating. When I opened up the boiler I discovered a disconnected cable between the Nest and the boiler. If they didn’t disconnected it themselves (that’s what I believe )how did the heater work for the first engineer to give me the all clear? How did the second engineer “bypassed” the Nest to turn the central heating on and “prove” to me the faulty Nest? How did the screw that was supposed to keep the disconnected cable in was still tight and holding perfectly in the hot water cable? I’m not asking for any money just asking for technical answers.

Our entire experience with Plumb London has been positive. When we reported a broken down boiler they promptly sent an engineer on the same day. Chris did a proper assessment and explained what the fault was and gave us a recommendation and explained all the options. The team at the office were very helpful and efficient with the next steps and arranged for a new boiler installation within two days. Both the engineers Chris and Steve who came on the day of the installation were punctual and very thorough with their job. They left only after everything was finished and checked. Chris returned a day later to finish a minor job as promised with no extra charge.We are very satisfied with the service.

Really professional and helpful. Was supposed to be a 2 person job but one of the engineers was ill on the day. Instead of cancelling the other engineer just go on with the job and got it finished on the same day. Would definitely use again.
