Terrible place to work health and safety is none existing, if you complain then you get a disciplinary also you will be on a standard set hour rate of £10.30 while your working next to a contractor doing the same job whos receiving £18 an hour! I was suffering with hand arm vibration syndrome i asked for a move to a different position and was told no even though the doctor advised me that this was the only way to avoid the condition further! Stay clear
