We booked Richard to take on our single storey extension based on his upfront and clear terms and work/payment schedule. Richard kept us up to date with the various stages and regularly checked details with us or with other trade we had involved (e.g. windows) to keep the project moving so communication was excellent. The team he bought along were all friendly and efficient and they were a pleasure to have around! We had only one small weather-related issue (no one's fault) which was quickly and efficiently sorted out. Very happy with the finish and overall quality. Highly recommended!!
