Cambridge Property Lettings

We had a very good experience renting with CPL. They were professional and supportive. Our property manager Rachael maintained great communication with us and was readily available when we needed it. I'd say that CPL is so far the best letting agent that I had in Cambridge.

As a tenant for 7+ years, I have nothing but good things to say about this letting agency. Super friendly, honest, ethical and super efficient/useful staff, whenever we needed any kind of service (i.e. something at the property not working, same or next day we had a contractor fixing it). I highly recommend them, as landlords and as tenants as well. If I may, we always talked with Karen Holland, and she's brilliant! She always goes above and beyond. Most of friends complain about their letting agencies, so I think Cambridge Property Lettings is one of kind.

I have the misfortune of living next door to a house managed" by Cambridge Property Lettings. The pavement in front of the house and footpath to the side of the house is often blocked by bins and dumped rubbish

We rented a property with Cambridge Property Lettings, in fact we lived at the Rose & Crown the same building as their offices. It has come to the end of our year long Tenancy with many issues during the tenancy such as a faulty boiler, 2 faulty fridges, faulty oven & a faulty washing machine which were replaced but was extremely inconvenient during the tenancy and we were given no compensation for this happening during the year we lived there.We moved out the property on the 1st August 2019, leaving the house in better condition than when we received it as seen in our photos below while also following everything on their recommended list of checkout. We did however touch-up a couple of walls in the property with the same paint, however they're attempting to charge us £1500 for redecoration of the entire property. It's super convenient that the check-in list is super vague and the check-out report extremely detailed clearly taking advantage of us being students. Of our deposit that was initially handed over that was £5,040.00, a year later Cambridge Property Lettings are attempting to take £2610.60 from our deposit which is to be honest beyond a joke, we're students so we'll be disputing this with TDS avoid Cambridge Property Lettings, they're a joke.

I started dealing with CPL about ten years' ago. They initially found a suitable investment property for me. They then arranged an extension on my behalf. They have since continually found tenants. They have dealt with everything right from major issues down to trivia! I certainly wouldn't have wanted to attempt all the work they have done on my behalf myself. They have all the necessary contacts in the Cambridge area and they have full experience in the letting of property. They know of all the builders, electricians, gardeners, etc. and all the government issues which need carrying out such as sorting the HMO Certificate. They also have full experience of students in the area and contacts with the colleges for finding tenants. Right from the owner, to all the staff I have dealt with over the years, I have been really pleased and satisfied with CPL,have found them to be excellent at their job, and it has been a pleasure to deal with them.

CPL have managed the letting of our family home in Cambridge for 8 years. Their service and attention to detail has been exemplary. Communication has never ever been a problem and any problems or niggles have always been sorted with no fuss. Karen has been a star and has made our letting experience so pleasurable. Thank you CPL.

I had a good experience while renting for 2.5 years with CPL, they are fabulous for dealing with maintenance issues where honestly all issues were solved promptly and they usually reply for your requests within max 1 day without chasing which is really good.When it comes to the end of the tenancy, I didn't agree with some parts of the check out report but for deductions they were fair and reasonable, We were able to reach common ground smoothly without any disputes.Thanks everyone for this good experience especially Erika which handled a lot of discussions smoothly during the check out.

We are very happy with all the support received from Cambridge Property Lettings. All the personal has been very nice and useful. It was very stressful for us at the beginning when we were looking for a place to live, as we come from overseas. But you made us feel secure and the process ran smoothly.

We have been very impressed with the service over 2 and a half years with Jeremy and his team at Cambridge Property Lettings.We entrusted the smooth running of 2 let properties in Cambridge with them (having been totally dissatisfied with another company), and we found that they were utterly professional and always at the end of the telephone.
