This is the first time I have bought a brand new car, always bought second hand. Fiona Clarke kept me informed throughout the process. Explained each step. When it was time to collect she explained how it all worked and got me connected. There were several other members of staff who all greeted me as I walked in, it made for a warm welcome. In addition I never felt pressured to make quick decisions. I was given time to make my decisions. All in all I would recommend Allen Ford and I will go back to them when it’s time to change.

Overall Happy with my purchase of my Brand new vehicle. Arrived Early and had all the options I had requested for the build. Was given the choice to sort out all my documents online prior to collection so handover was very quick and smooth.

An absolute joy to pick up my new car from Allen Ford Kettering. From start to finish they were attentive and interested in what I needed. Even when I went on holiday they sent me a video of my car so that I could see it as it wasn’t in Kettering when I left. Special mention to Gabi who was amazing and helped me from beginning to end
