What can I say absolutely user friendly with everything you need so happy with Midex pro and it never stopsthey continue to improve with every request to make the secretary and consultants job easier.Cannot recommend them enough.Great back up service and nothing is too much trouble if you telephone them with a problem.Have tried other servers who do not meet every need.happy ☺ secretary means happy consultant!!!

I have been using Midex for quite sometime and whilst initially I had some trepidation, thanks to their staff, they guided me through all the difficulties and questions that I had with complete aplomb. They were helpful, kind and always there to assist. I would like to mention Adam who had to put up with my many calls but was able to deal with them in a very professional manner.

I have been using Midexpro for many years now and I must say it is one of the most user friendly pieces of software I have used. It is easy to navigate around and has so many useful facilities. The support team who work tirelessly (particularly when setting up Midecpro online, are always extremely professional and very helpful. they are always willing to give the time to explain and walk you through any problems you may be having. I always recommend Midexpro to new consultants surgical and ananaesthetic (I first starting using Midexpro when I was working in an anaesthetic group). Now that everything is online it has enabled me to be able to work from anywhere (including Spain!!). The addition of Paymentsense is fabulous and makes taking payments over the phone so much easier little room for error when making the payment through the invoice itself! I have to say that the job of a medical secretary has become so much harder over the last few years what with PHIN and GDPR, gone are the days of booking a patient in to a paper diary with only a pencil and rubber on the desk! Having a software like Midexpro really does make a difference. Thank you to all at Midexpro....Well done Gary!!

Midex is fantastic! So easy to use for all our medical/accounting needs. We have been using Midex for many years but since moving over to the new version it has been brilliant! Makes life so much easier with regards to accounting/typing etc! The team at Midex are always helpful if you ever get any problems. I have used different medical programs over the years but nothing is easier to use than Midex

5* really isn't enough!! If you are looking for a system that works beautifully then this is the practice for you, the best system out there, I've tested many! This system is extremely easy to use. our consultants love the ease of accessing their patients records, all their documents in one place, the diary is brilliant way of the consultant keeping our secretarial staff up to date with notes in clinic. They no longer use hospital app's for their clinics, but now the diary in Midex, There really is no negative thing that I can find with MidexPRO. The invoicing is simple too, sending electronically via Healthcode.Dan, Nathan and Alastair are amazing IT support, if you email, you WILL get a response within 10 minutes guaranteed every time, they answer the phones very quickly too, the online chat function, also is just as quick as a call, often they will ask to remote log on to see what issues you are having and most of all, they fix any issues you may come across, within minutes. Nothing is ever too much trouble with Midex!We now have all 4 of our consultants using MidexPRO and will be adding more to MidexPRO in the future. I can chat for ages about all the things that are great about MidexPRO and how brilliantly it works, but I am afraid I will take over the page with all too many great things, the list is endless! Go ahead, have a trial with Midex and you too will see for yourself, you will not be disappointed!

I am proud to say I have used Midex Pro for over a decade for different consultants.Midex Pro is user friendly for our secretaries and accounts departments and has a fast and friendly support team. Our consultants enjoy using the system which is accessible whilst they are in clinics. It is simple and methodical to upload letters, make notes, scan results and send invoices and to access all information required.Midex Pro is an asset to our business – I would highly recommend using this programme and service

I provide specialist accounting support service to multiple Consultants in the private sector and have been working on Midex for nearly 15 years. Very recently, I outgrew the old computer based version of Midex and needed to move over to the online version. I was very apprehensive and reluctant as I loved the old version but it seemed the only logical step forward so after much deliberation I made my decision and I can honestly say: I could not be happier!!! The new version of Midex offers a very user friendly interface with added shortcuts and improved functionality. It is by far the best software I have used over the years and I love how fast I can get things done and how responsive it is. The new version is also very adaptable and I have been able to customise individual practices to suit the needs of my clients. Finally, I have been very impressed with the support I have received from the team, especially around the time of switching to the new system. Their help and advice has been invaluable!
