Pretty much all pointing fell out over first two years, slipped tiles, came and patched up after I threatened with court still original pointing falling out. He had the cheek to say it’s good pointing and pointing only lasts 1 year. Going to cost me £500 to put right less than 3 years after paying £8000. He said he’d fix but would have to pay. Avoid

Ryedale Roofline have replaced the soffits, facia boards and guttering on a rental property we have. The quotation was provided in a very timely way and was accurate.
